General RulesWHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE STUDIO We do not allow paint or soil into the studio. If you intend to use any liquids or gases, please gain permission prior to making a booking. We have a strict no alcohol rule in our studio. Please respect the rules or you could face being evicted from the studio with no refund. FIRE SAFETY No fire or smoke is permitted on the premises. CHILDREN Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises. CLEANING FEE All studio rooms must be left in the same state as they were found. If the studio is left extremely unclean then a cleaning fee from £40 upwards (depending on the mess) will be automatically charged from your credit/debit card. ANIMALS Animals are allowed in the studio but MUST be agreed beforehand and have written consent by KN Creative Studio. We also charge a £45 cleaning fee if you’d like to bring an animal to the studio.
