Rates & Standard Conditions

• Photography Day rate 900.00 $ , 9 hour day , 9 am to 6 pm
• Overtime 125.00 $ per hour
• Weekend 1,100.00 $ , 9 hour day , 9 am to 6 pm
• Film Day rate 1,500.00 $ , 9 hour day , 9 am to 6 pm
• Overtime 200.00 $ per hour
• 16BeaverstudioLLCovertimerateswillbeginafternine(9)hours.
• Forstudiocancellation16Beaverstudio LLC requires three (3) days prior written notice,otherwise the full rate, as defined abovewill be incurredand must be paid to 16mBeaverstudio by client upon cancellation. All charges and feesare due and in full bythe end of the studio rental term. Payment arrangements and guarantees must bemade in advance of booking. Client may apply for Account privileges.Such application requires up to 30days processing time.Account privileges are based onusage and payment history and may bewithdrawn at any time.The Studio is equipped with a make-­‐up area, clothing racks, steamers,iron, ironing board, Internet access, full stereo system. Fax, copy machine, digitaloutput services arealso available at an additional charge. There is an additionalpower charge for HMI's.
• Client is responsible for the safety, security and value of the rented/booked premisesand equipment,including such common and exterior areas that client accesses anduses. 16 Beaverstudio LLC is notliable for any injury or losses to person or propertyof Client, its agents, officers, employees and guestsor the property and of thirdparties in their custody for any reason whatsoever including water leakageor anycharacter gas, fire, oil, electricity, theft, failure or interruption or condition oravailability of thelicensed premises or any portion thereof including the interior,common and exterior areas of thebuilding.Client represents that Client has procuredany andall requiredpermits, licensedandpermissions, Certificates of Insurance naming 16 Beaverstudio LLCas primary additional insured. Saidinsurance certificates must be provided prior torental/booking. Such insurance shall meet the followingminimums: CommercialGeneral Liability $1,000,000 per occurence & annual aggregate.
• Client hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmeless 16 Beaverstudio LLC(the "Company"),and all oftheir members, managers, officers, directors, employees,agents, assigns and related entities(collectively, the"Indemnities"), from and againstany and all liabilities, losses, damages, judgments,settlementexpenses,claims,costsandexpenseswhatsoever(includingcourtcosts,reasonableattorneys' feesand related disbursements, whether incurred by Indemnities in actionsinvolving thirdparties or in actions against Company for claims under thisAgreement) (individually, a "Loss" andcollectively, the"Losses") arising out of or inconnection with:the breach by Client of any of itsagreements or covenants underthis Agreement; the untruth of any material representations andwarrantieshereunder; any materials supplied of provided by the Client herunder; and, anyconsumerclaims or complaints relating to the Venue, or any of the Client's productsor services.The termination or expiration of this Agreement shall not affect the continuingobligations of the partiesas indemnitors. Each party shall promply and within fortyeight (48) hours, notify the other party inwriting of any claim made or threatened.The person executing the rental agreement on behalf ofClients warrants that he/shehas full authority of such corporation to sign the rental agreementandobligate thecorporation.
