Terms and Conditions

Payment is due 5 days prior to shoot date(s). Missing, damaged, or broken resources are subject to additional charges.

Cancellation:all cancellations must be made at least 2 business days before the shoot, otherwise renters are subject to a late-cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total rental fee.

Craft Services:for an additional fee, we will include meals delivered to the studio.

• Half Day (includes coffee/breakfast): $25/person

• Full Day (Includes coffee/breakfast and lunch): $60/person

• Additional snacks can also be available upon request - speak with us directly for more information.

Other Possible Fees:

• Half-day prep/wrap: $450

• Full-day prep/wrap: $750

• Extra Parking: $50/spot

While street parking is often available directly outside of the complex, we can request extra spots within the complex or from a local company two buildings away.Please let us know at the time of booking.

• Additional Rental Gear

• Restocking fees if props and equipment are not put back in their proper place during studio wrap.
