PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO AVOID CANCELLATION AND EXPENSIVE ADDITIONAL FEES: 1. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO OUR WHITE SOFA. NO SHOES ON THE SOFA. Please do everything possible not to dirty it. 2. NO SHOES ON THE RUG. NO LADDER or EQUIPMENT ON THE RUG. 3. NO STANDING ON THE FURNITURE. A substantial cleaning fee or replacement fee will be added to the booking for guests who stand on, dirty damage our furniture. There is a ladder in the studio and feel free to use it upon need. 4. NO ANY SMALL PARTICLES THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO CLEAN. You will be charged a damage fee if the couches, rugs, or floor are left with glitter, flowers, and other small particles on them. 5. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO/ON HANDS/ON FURNITURE. Turn up with Pet and you will be charged extra $800 6. STRICT FOOD AND DRINK POLICY. Food and drink consumption is only allowed using our fold-up furniture and only in the fold-up furniture area. Strictly no food or drink to be consumed in other areas/on other furniture except fold-up furniture. 7. The space is NOT SOUNDPROOF and we will not allow loud music. No Live Bands or Performances for music videos. Music may ONLY be played at the lounge level. Failure to respect the space and surrounding business by playing loud music will result in the early termination of the booking. 8. NO MOVING OF OUR FURNITURE/DECOR OUTSIDE OF STUDIO. YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO STORE ANYTHING IN THE CORRIDORS. Let us know in advance if you would like to remove something from the studio or you need to store something that isn't needed inside the location. 9. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO REAL CANDLE BURNING, NO INCENSE in the studio and building. NO PAINTING, SAND, FLOWER PETAL, NO AEROSOL SPRAY PAINT, NO TAPE ON FLOOR OR WALL, NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED. 10. BEFORE YOU LEAVE it is your responsibility to make sure that all FURNITURE is placed in its original location. If you move the furniture and don't leave it in the way we left it for you, we will charge you 150$ now that the studio has to be in perfect condition like the way we are giving it to you. PLEASE NOTE YOUR GUEST COUNT WHEN YOU BOOK AND BOOK ACCORDINGLY PER TIER, IF YOUR GUEST COUNT GOES BEYOND THE TIER AMOUNT, YOU WILL INCUR UPPER-TIER PRICING YOU SHOULD STRICTLY LEAVE AT THE END OF YOUR BOOKING (NORMALLY WE HAVE MULTIPLE CONTINUOUS BOOKINGS AND WE DO NOT WANT TO MAKE ANY OF OUR VISITORS UNCOMFORTABLE. IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THIS RULE, THERE WILL BE A ADDITIONAL FEE. WE DO NOT WANT TO CAUSE YOU ANY TYPE OF INCONVENIENCE, PLEASE LEAVE AT YOUR EXACT TIME
