821 Traction is a brand new rooftop event space located in the heart of Arts District and designed by LA based studio Klein Agency. This modern, white event space has an Italian inspired courtyard which leads effortlessly up to a beautifully designed rooftop. You'll find comfortable sofas, built-in banquette seating, cafe tables, built-in bar with kitchenette, high-top tables, bar stools, and a long table that currently sits 18. The space can be reconfigured but pretty ideal as is. This Rooftop venue offers incredible city views while dining under the stars.
About our studio
The venue includes access to fire pits, built-in bar, outdoor kitchenette, lounge furniture, heat lamps, and is surrounded by foliage. The venue offers the ability to utilize the street level for food trucks, additional parking, or block off the street for larger events or producitons.
