RENTAL TIMEFRAME

At least one hour must be allotted for tear down within the rental timeframe. Additional charges for events that check out past 1am or past your agreed upon check out time.

WEDDINGS

We require that all weddings have a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinators on site. Family members and friends do not apply. Ask about our preferred vendors list of amazing local wedding planners and coordinators.

An hour rehearsal included in all wedding rentals. Rehearsal must be Monday - Thursday and around event schedule.

SECURITY

HPD Security is required for all events that serve alcohol. (1 Officer for less than 75 guests | 2 Officers for 75+ guests)

Table + Chair Setup and Breakdown Included in rental rate within rental timeframe (Room flips are not included and must be carried out by your planner / coordinator.)

BAR/ALCOHOL

All bar staff, bar backs, valet and security must be booked through studio 3rd party Vendors. An 18% service charge will apply.
