A full-service rental photography and video studio, meeting and event space. Measuring 1500 square feet with 12 foot ceilings, we have an open floor plan flooded with natural, soft, north-facing light and fabulous views of the Empire State building.

Equipped with a chef's kitchen, grip equipment, designer furniture, full bathroom, freight elevator, and WiFi connectivity. We offer all the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of photo/video shoots and events. 

A studio manager is always available on site for all of your shoot needs!

• We do not carry any lighting in house, but all personal and outside vendor equipment is welcome.
• There is an HMI fee of $150 per day per space including jokers.
• We have 110 power with 15 and 20 amps throughout.
• Phase 3 power is available in Kitchen 7 with a distro box for $250 per day.

*All messengers should report to the 7th Floor office for all pick-ups and drop offs.
