ZeroSpace is a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. production facility located in the heart of Brooklyn. Designed for cutting-edge creative work, our space includes a full-scale virtual production stage (65' x 16' curved LED volume), motion capture stage, 3D scanning stage, and 40,000 square foot warehouse for events, concerts, expos, and more. ZeroSpace's facilities are ideal for shoots, rehearsals, or experiential activations.

In addition to our tech-forward production infrastructure in Studio A, Studios B, C, and D offer over 40,000 sq. ft. of configurable space, ideal for large-scale events. With ample power, HVAC, production offices, and a seasoned team on-site, ZeroSpace is built to scale with your event or space rental. Whether you're producing high-end commercials, live broadcasts, conferences, public expos, concerts, or fashion campaigns, ZeroSpace is equipped to support productions at any scale.

We are currently a level 1 QPF, and our space consists of four interconnected studios totaling approximately 40,000 SF, which are largely column free and feature 16’~30’ ceilings. Contingent on scope and budget, these studios may be rented individually, or combined as a whole-space rental for larger productions. Flex spaces for production offices and/or green rooms are also available as a rental add-on.

There are two gated exterior parking lots available as well as four truck loading docks on the Baltic St (north) side of the building, and two rollgates with drive-in access to Studios C and D on the Butler St. (South) side of the building.

Our event space rental rates for Studios BCD (est. 35,000 sq ft) are $24.5k per event day, $19k per load day. 12hr days, OT after 12. This includes space, utilities, studio manager, and house projections / background sound system.
