RULES:

Please Note that due to our proximity to residential apartments we cannot allow DJ’s or loud music after 11pm in the stage and 8pm for the rooftop.

The industrial past now blends seamlessly with modern design.  Introducing the stunning masterpiece - the former textile factory repurposed into a brand new 8000 square foot event showroom space.

Our modular layout allows you to sculpt the space according to your vision. From corporate galas to immersive art exhibits,  fashion shows, weddings, baby showers, tech symposiums or brand activations our space defines pure elegance.

For Filming our space can be designed as an Art Gallery, Tech Company, Ad Agency, New York loft, Medical Hospital, Fashion Showroom, Runway Show, Photography Studio, Dance Studio, Co-working space, Yoga Studio, Textile Factory, Museum,  Clothing Store, Dispensary.  Nigh Club, Salon/Spa, Recording Studio.  The uses are endless.

We offer an in house production team that provides seamless event planning support, ensuring every detail is perfected. We have p.a's, set designers, camera or lighting team, MUA's, and event planners.

Optional 8000 square ft rooftop sanctuary with skyline views available as an add on.  Perfect for VIP area, Private Dinners, or Wedding proposals.

Proper Permits and Insurance required based on your event or production.

We do not do holds.  As a studio of creatives we understand that even if you are a small production you should not be treated any different than a major production.  Whoever puts a deposit down first you are guaranteed your date and will not be bumped for a bigger job.

If by chance your production needs to reschedule your deposit will be applied to the next date you book.

Please do not exceed the agreed upon number of cast and crew.  Rates have been established based on the impact to the studio and use of water and electricity.

Scouting is strictly based on our availability due to the fact we often have closed sets where the clients are shooting unreleased products or a celebrity is on site.

Overtime is charged by the hour or fraction of.
