About our studio

Our loft studio is a boutique photo and film space located in the heart of Williamsburg. The space comes with stands, grip, and many amenities. We have in house lighting for rent as well and work with local vendors to get anything your shoot may need. The space is located on the 4th fl and has a view of the east river and the financial district. We have amazing natural light through the whole day. Feel free to reach out to schedule a scout.

OUR LOFT IS AVAILABLE TO RENT SEVEN DAYS A WEEK AS A LOCATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM PRODUCTIONS.

Still Photography or Film and Video Productions:

  • 8 hr day: starting at $800
  • 8 hr day: starting at $900 with Equipment included.
  • 4 hr day: Starting at $500
  • 4 hr day: Starting at $600 with Equipment included
  • Overtime - $100 Per Hour
