Terms and Conditions
Fees & Cancellations
Payment is due at time of booking. The fee is nonrefundable for no-show appointments. In the case that StudioStudio is forced to cancel and the full payment will be refunded. No terms are implied or granted and no work will be allowed to commence until full payment is received. StudioStudio operates on a scheduled appointment basis. Bookings are non-refundable. A booking may be rescheduled or provided a credit if contacted more than 24 hours in advance.
Space Use
The studio rental guarantees use of rented studio studio space only. Our front or middle studio may be booked by other parties if you reserve only one. Kitchenette only available with rental of middle studio.
Promotions and Copyright
We will always respect your privacy, however we will potentially take pictures of your studio use or event and use them for our marketing and promotional purposes if you have selected to allow StudioStudio to use photos from studio rental for marketing and promotional purposes.
Cleaning and Setup
StudioStudio will be in a clean condition prior to your use. You are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found. Moved items must be returned to their original location. A fee of $150/hour will be imposed for any required cleaning or furniture arrangements not handled. Glitter is not permitted.
Overtime
Use of the space that exceeds rental time will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate when no bookings are scheduled after use and 2.5x the hourly rate when a booking is scheduled after the allotted time.
Staffing and Access
Client understands that there is no on-site support staff however we are reachable by text. Building access will be given via a unique entry code.
Site Decoration
StudioStudio wants to make every use a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow Clients to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls, brick or fine wood without prior approvals. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and in an extreme case of damage to the property or items utilized, the card on file will be charged.
Security
In order to promote the security of its facilities, StudioStudio may conduct door access control and video surveillance of any portion of its premises at any time, the only exception being private areas of restrooms and dressing rooms. I hereby give my consent to such video surveillance at any time StudioStudio may choose.
Liability
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold StudioStudio LLC, its landlord, building owners, officers, employees, and agents harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises, including but not limited to, the personal guarantee of provision, service, and dispensing of payment by client, its employees, and agents of alcoholic beverages at StudioStudio LLC.
Smoke-Free Facility
StudioStudio is a smoke-free facility. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind tolerated on premises. If smoking is discovered and/or materials are discarded in planters, sidewalks or grounds, a $250 fine will be imposed.
Conduct
Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Clients and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of StudioStudio LLC staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases no refund of the rental fee shall be made.
