Terms and Conditions

Wear shoe covers at all times whileusing the cyclorama wall, except for models. Remember to dispose of the shoe covers after use.

No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed inside the studio. Smoking is strictly prohibited, except with the express consent of studio representatives for projects involving smoke. Please be mindful of the neighborhood creative studios by closing the door when working atstudio and avoiding loud music at any time. Live music bands must be approved in advance. Pets are not allowed without prior consent from acompany representative.

ADDITIONAL TIME -Please leave enough time for set up and break down. If you need to extend your booking for another hour, please check with our staff for studio availability first.In case the booking was extended without approval, there will be a 2x regular fee applied.Everything over 10 minutes in the next hour is considered an additional hour.

EQUIPMENT - After use, pleaseturn it off,unplug and store as found. Always make sure:

• that all the knobs on the lights and stands are tight,

• keep beverages away from equipment and backdrops.

BACKGROUND -Onepaperbackdrop use is included in the booking. Every additional use is $20. Fabric backdrops are available free of charge.

To set up a backdrop, use 2 stands and a bar. Please make sure to secure the paper backdrop to prevent it from rolling out. When finished, simply pull the backdrop up or store it as found. You don’t need to cut paper backdrops after use as our team will take care of that for you.

Please don't attempt to change paper backdrops on the Varipole system unless you are familiar with the process. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the event of damage to the paper backdrop or backdrop system, a fee will be charged.

Please ensure that the studio is left as you found it after your booking:

• backdrops are pulled up (or stored as found for fabric backdrops),

• studio equipment is unplugged and left as you found it,

• lights/AC/heater are turned off,

•windows closed andthe door is locked.

If any items are broken or missing or if the studio is left in a messy state, a fee will be charged accordingly. Please inform us immediately of any damage or incidents to avoid additional fees.

CANCELLATIONS -To receive a full refund of your initial payment, you must cancel your booking at least 3 days before the scheduled date. If you cancel your booking within 3 days of the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund to the same card that was used for the original payment or you will have the option to reschedule once. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking date and time, the full fee for the basic studio rental will be charged.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used for the original booking. The company reserves the right to charge a 4% processing fee for the refund of any basic rental fee due to cancellation.

LOST&FOUND - We keep any items in the studio up to 5 days. If you don’t reach out in that time frame, it will be most likely be discarded.
