The Annex: Exposed Brick Studio, Bar Lounge, Kitchen
The Annex is 2500 square feet of studio and event space, with space for film and television production, offices, a kitchen, bar, club room and other amenities, and is an addition to the four studios across the street. This studio features 14 foot ceilings with a fully functioning grid.

About our studio
The Annex is our newest venue, features a room with 14 foot ceilings with a connected lounge with a kitchen and bar, and a club room. It's located across the street from our 4 main studios A, B, C and D. Founded by makeup mogul Bobbi Brown, and her husband, real estate developer Steven Plofker, design objectives are simplicity, function and convenience. Exposed brick walls, industrialized windows, and large loading areas create an environment that meets the needs of the creative set. Premiere photography and film production studios by day, The Annex also offers exceptional, private event space that will leave your guests inspired and impressed. With an ideal mix of comfort and flexibility, our studios can be rented in combination, or separately, and can be customized to suit groups up to 150.
