Centrally located in Oakland, the studio is steps away from the 12th Street Bart Station and tons of great restaurants. Off-street parking is available in the City Center Garage, just outside the studio's front doors. Access to the loading dock makes for easy loading in and out of the studio.
About our studio
Just steps away from Bart's 12th Street station, our 4,000 square feet studio has an open floor plan making it ideal for photo shoots, film shoots, video interviews, product shots, and more. The studio has abundant natural light streaming from a wall of windows facing Oakland's City Center. The full kitchen includes an electric stovetop, oven, full-sized refrigerator, and lots of counter space, perfect for a food stylist to prepare recipes for a food shoot. The studio is available for both short and long-term rentals.
Camera stands, c-stands, and grip such as sandbags, apple boxes and tools are available for rent. The studio's camera and/or lighting equipment can be rented at an additional fee. Available equipment includes broncolor lights, packs, and softboxes, Canon bodies and lenses and a PhaseOne camera.
The studio has a vast prop collection that is available for rent as well.

Parking
Underground parking is very easy and convenient for the studio. We recommend City Center Garage at 525 14th Street just steps away from the studio. You can prepay (and get discounted rates) by paying through the ACE parking app. If you would like to load in equipment, props, or any other large items, there is a loading dock on the same level as the studio.
