Our largest room feature 21ft ceilings and a WHITE CYC wall with a 10ft clearance. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as set building as needed. WIFI and heating/ cooling is available as needed. Two bathrooms and a small changing room is available as well. We also can provide an additional location which includes our recording facility located 3minutes away (driving). We offer all sound recording services, and the space can also be used as a small comfortable lounge for meetings and podcast as well. PLEASE ADVISE** Our rates begin at $40-55/hr (minimum 2hrs) for up to 5 guests with little to no props and no heavy cleaning. ******Any need for: *** Additional Cleaning *** Vehicle Usage *** Large Props Service to our white cyc wall will be an additional fee starting at $35/hr. Any damages made to the cyc wall is a minimum of $300 fee additional. Rates are customized per inquiry and based on the amount of guests.
