400 SQFT This ground floor open studio has controllable lighting and versatile workspaces. It has a large conference table, kitchenette, and large (19'x19') shoot space that comes equipment with a standard grip package and available rental equipment.
811 Folger has the space, resources, and privacy to have your next production run as smoothly as possible!
It's located in Berkeley just off Ashby with easy access to the 880 freeway.
About our studio

While street parking is often available directly outside of the complex, we can request extra spots within the complex or from a local company two buildings away. Please let us know at the time of booking.

- Capacity: the studio can accommodate about 10 people comfortably. Feel free to spread out and take over all of the different spaces! The two front doors open directly into the courtyard seating area too. It’s super nice if I do say so myself.
- Kitchenette: has a sink, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, and a prep counter. We will provide coffee, sparkling water, and snacks. If there are any special requests please let us know ahead of time.
- Trash and Recycling: trash and recycling bins are provided for the shoot. For larger items there are dumpsters directly outside of the studio.
