Main Floor with Outdoor Terrace:

• $350/hour with a 6-hour minimum for up to a 10 person cast & crew (8am-8pm)
• $400/hour with a 6-hour minimum for an 11- 25 person cast & crew (8am-8pm)
• $450/hour with a 6-hour minimum for 26 - 55 cast & crew (8am-8pm)
• $700/hour with a 6-hour minimum for 56+ cast & crew (8am-8pm)
• $750/hour with a 6-hour minimum for 75+ cast & crew (8am-8pm)
• $800/hour with a 6-hour minimum for 100+ cast & crew (8am-8pm)

4th floor- Prep Kitchen and 2 Green Rooms:

$350/hour with a 6-hour minimum (8 am-8 pm)

Lobby

• $300/hour with a 6-hour minimum for up to a 10 person cast & crew (8am-8pm)

Overnight shoots:

$850/hour for hours between 8pm - 8am

Overtime:

$1000/hour

Crew holding:

• $450/ hour with a 6-hour minimum (8am-8pm)
• (Rates for holdings are subject to change and are dependent upon the use, the duration of the shoot, the number of the crew, and the equipment and props involved.)
• $550/hour for hours between (8pm - 12am)
• $650//hour for hours between (12am - 8am)

Weekend Shoots for Photo/Film:

• Additional surcharge of $2,000 on top of the hourly rate.
